Case study bank and user guide​

The Case study bank and user guide explains how to customise training materials for different sectors, geographies or types of organisation (corporate or financial institution) by integrating case studies. Trainers can use it to select relevant examples of case studies and incorporate them into training materials. It can also be used to help develop context-specific examples for use in training materials.
