Home » EngageThe TNFD Community of Practice A collaborative learning platform to connect and support members along their path to adopt the TNFD Recommendations Benefits FAQs How to apply Back to top Overview Building on the effectiveness of pilot testing of the beta versions of the TNFD Framework, we have established a Community of Practice to help accelerate knowledge and capacity building among market participants on the TNFD Recommendations to help turn adoption ambition into action. Through providing bespoke capacity-building training and connecting members to share experiences and insights, the Community of Practice will build the skills, capacity and confidence of members to support them on their TNFD adoption pathway. Membership to the TNFD Community of Practice will be open to all TNFD Forum members. If you are not already a TNFD Forum member you can join here. Further details of the activities offered through the TNFD Community of Practice will be announced around the time of UNFCCC COP 28 in November 2023. Benefits Specific offerings are to be confirmed and will be delivered in partnership with other organisations. Benefits will likely cover: Bespoke capacity building and training: With a focus on supporting TNFD LEAP assessments and adoption of the TNFD Recommendations, participants will be offered a range of capacity building and training opportunities delivered by the TNFD and TNFD partner organisations. Support and insights from pilot testing: The Taskforce intends to continue to share learnings from pilot testing among Forum members, with a focus on supporting organisations as they move from piloting to disclosing. Access to ‘TNFD Preparer Forums’: These Preparer Forums will bring participants together to share experiences and insights on disclosure practices and implementing the TNFD Recommendations with the aim of enhancing disclosure effectiveness.
